You Belong @ Your Library

Sunday, April 15th, 3:00 PM

What floats your boat? Pack your bags and head up the gangplank - you belong at your library when we experience the 100th anniversary of the voyage of the USS Titanic. Craft a sea worthy vehicle at home, then join educators from the Virginia Air and Space Center as we enjoy a sea perch remotely operated vehicle dry land demo and explore the “what ifs” of the Titanic. Finally, we’ll see what “floats your boat” as we test each watercraft to observe which vehicle can hold the most weight before sinking. All ages, pre-register @ the library’s website or the Circulation Desk

Where's Waldo

Waldo, too, belongs @ your library! Get an entry form at the Circulation Desk and see if you can find Waldo and his friend in lots of funny places. Play the game each time you come to the library during National Library Week. Drawing for prizes will take place Sunday, April 15th. Happy hunting!
